SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Need to return something? No worries!
We will gladly replace the item, or refund the amount you paid (minus original shipping fee).You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days after you purchased it, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
Here’s how to proceed:
1) Send us an email at merch@hawkesbrewing.com with the following details:
** order number
** purchaser name
** phone number
** email
** the reason for the return*
* if you want an exchange, specify product name, size and color for the replacement
2) Ship the return:
Please use original packaging and put a note in the parcel with your name and order number. Then send it to the following address: 8-12 Sydney St Marrickville NSW 2204. I
f the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item), we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and you will receive a full refund including the original shipping fee. In all other cases, the original shipping fee is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may use the carrier of her/his choice.
3) Get your refund or exchanged item
Once we have received the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
You should expect to receive a refund on your card within 3 weeks and in most cases it will be quicker.If you’ve asked for an exchange, we will proceed once we have received the returned item.Oh and good news! We won’t charge you a delivery fee to send your exchanged product.
