From the brewer’s mouth:
A subtle introduction of Citra hops offers an equally subtle twist on the hallmark rice lager style, with a light citrus nose complementing a hallmark dry finish. 100% Australian rice (including a generous addition of Lucky Prawn cooked rice in the mashing process) delivers a crisp palate cleanser, with light bitterness and a zesty finish. Pairs well with most dishes on the Lazy Susan, especially Lucky Prawn seafood and fried favourites.
